A Taiwanese guitar student (Jeong-Hyun Lim) set out to create a rock version of a JOHANN PACHELBEL'S Canon in D Major (the great one-hit wonder of the baroque period, 1680) a song which he had been listening to since childhood. It took him two weeks. It is now a top ten YouTube favorite. At the time of posting this it has had 11,628,298 views, 25041 comments and been favorited an amazing 76160 times since it was put on YouTube on 20 Dec 2005 and is one of my all-time YouTube favorites, well worth a listen!
